This collection is named after my grandmother. It is inspired by a photo of her in a park, right as my grandfather placed a plumeria on her head. At that moment, a girly smile appeared on her face, and I felt her emotions of love and being loved. Inspired by these complex emotions, I balance structured tailoring with delicate laser-cut lace patterns in my collection to reflect the ebb and flow of life, of youth and old age, of love and dependence.
